leper messiah is a fantstic song.metallica are fantastic in general. they had this thing on radio one the monday thats just been. they were playing masterpieces and chose to do the black album. i have that album bu there was something refreshingly different about hearign it on the radio played in full amoung other comentires and interview.
glad to know thers another fan on her!

Thank you so much for this amazing website, I'm sooo happy I found it, I cant log off!! The people here are amazing, and I've made some wonderful friends that are supporting me when I'm feeling very sad.. I had some things to do , and holidays. Many things I miss, because of my kids. I try to clear everything what is possible to be treated now, like a dentist etc. i think I am like bear trying to prepare everything for a winter hah........Don't worry i am back ...I really miss all of You also.....

wow.you are very inspirational. i wish i cud find my nutional balance. to be honest i think i know what it should be.it is whatever it was 4 years ago when i was slightly overweight but really healthy looking in mind body and spirit surprisingly. ive lost that.it will take time to get that back.
