okay, so its not like i was trying to avoid a.b but i have just been really busy... and i guess i just never got round to it.
but anyway, things are getting worse like they allways do around x-mas i know it might sound retarded, but i feel like i'm getting worse (mentally) im just crying randomly, getting panic attacks just from thinking about the future and getting suicidal from thinking about the past... so anyway, i've missed you all so much. what is everyone doing for x-mas? im staying at home wrapped up in 10 duvets. haha. oh and by the way, why has the website changed colour??

I want to be the first to say that although i have no idea why anabones has turned this black/blue/slate colour, but i love it. Personally i hate orange, so i hope this new look is a permanent one! Id settle for pink too?

Okay so I am truly fat like really gross nasty fat right now. I have been doing a lot of binging and purging lately but would really like to get better at just not eating. I really need someone who will be supportive of this and help me get through the day when all I want to do is stuff food into my fat face.

Has anyone ever had success with either of these products? I've read some good reviews for Alli on Amazon.com, but I could not find any for Green Tea Extract.

Basically, i used to have two friends with EDs and it was good having people to actually talk to, who i could be honest with. But they both recovered so i'm just looking for someone to talk to/keep me motivated etc.

Girlies, I am back!! :D, I've missed you all and this site soooooo much, our internet provider has taken ages to switch the internet over but they finally have so I'm back online at last!
I have to admit, I think I've gained :(, I just haven't had all of your fantastic motivation, but hopefully things will change now. I've been having doubts about whether I want all of this anymore, my psychology teacher said that people with ana are basically just self-mutilating themselves and it got me thinking..... But hey ho, for now I'm just happy to be back! OMG, I think I could just type forever and ever! Nothing interesting has really happened with me except I kind of blurted about my ed... I was at a party and got sooo unbelievably drunk, I have a bruise on my hip, skin off my shoulder and a bruised foot from where I fell over lol, anyway, my friend saw me asleep so came over, she said I woke up, started crying hysterically and saying that there was no point in being alive unless I was thin (repeatedly!!!), then I got out my trusty mobile and started texting ix3youalot basically saying the same thing. So, I completely forgot about this and the next morning my friend said to me "who's sophie a then??" (sophie a is the name i stored ix3youalot as) and so I just said to her "I have no idea", completely unbelievable answer I know, she asked me a bit about it but now it's all ok, thank god! Luckily me and my friend have such a good relationship that we now just joke about it, we went for a mean the other night and I sat there saying, "oo should I eat this, like I said the other night there's no point in being alive unless I'm thin", so it's all ok now :) Anyway, I can't wait to start posting on here again and catching up with all you girls!! Love Gem xxx

Thought it was really nice that Evan stopped by while I was working yesterday. But it was only to tell me he can't take me today when he goes to celebrate his mothers birthday because the restaurant is too expensive. So I guess I don't get to see him this weekend... again. Of course, I can't help but think that if I'm perfect then maybe I'll be worth someones time. Somehow it's ok because he hasn't raped me, or cheated on me at this point. Which makes him the best boyfriend I've ever had. Hurrah for low standards. What can I expect thought? I'm not good enough for me, how can I expect to be good enough for anyone else?
I drank too much last night and now I'm spending all of today working it off cause I'm such a dumbass to drown myself in self destructive activities. I should have died my last suicide attempt. I shouldn't have gotten brushed off like I did, not comitted because there weren't enough beds and because I can talk my way out of everything. I'm so broken that if I'm not thin and beautiful enough no one will want me because there won't be anything to want. And maybe if I get smaller and smaller, people will treasure the little of me there is to love. I don't want much, really. Just to be able to live my life quietly and to have someone there to hold me.

I no that the term eating disorder refers to disorder eating, but ive become the very definition of the word. I could not tell you how many cals im getting at the moment, for one im taking as many diet pills/fat burners ect as mouthfulls of food, and secondly im purging so often. Its awful because not only am i totally out of control, but ive gotten so out of touch with normal hunger feelings that im either hungry all the time, tortured by cravings, or free from hunger and almost untouchable. This would be ok under normal circumstances where i would start to restrict and fast, but its two ****king days from christmas. Im in hell.
What am i going to do to preserve some sanity until January arrives and i can give up food? xxx the failing disordered eater. |

Oh i no lots of people will say they hate christmas, and especially on sites like this its what you expect to hear, but do you really?
Im in a state of panic at the thought of christmas being only days away. Panic laced with depression and guilt. I hate this time of year so much i cant articulate it. Its not just the massive amounts of food, which certainly factors, but its also the over the top happiness you encounter everywhere. It makes me face the fact that in reality im not a very happy girl, in fact im ****ing miserable. This time of year makes me feel like an outsider, and im accutley aware that every year its getting worse. Does anyone else feel like this? xxx niamh

There has definitely been a negative air on AB recently, And I will be the first to admit I have contributed to it being in a terrible mood for about 4 days, but now I want to change it into something positive!!
I have been taking all of my thoughts and writing them down in a way I find I can get them across to someone, in a way things don't HAVE to make sense recently. My counsellor told me to find somewhere or something to vent through, and I think Ive found it in poetry! Now I'm no poet, but maybe neither are some of you, BUT I would like to run a poetry competition! I was thinking people could post their poems and the Titles and people could message me the name of the person and the name of their poem they would like to win to me! I couldn't really think of any incentive for people to contribute, but the best I could come up with was the winner will receive...: 3 compliments! I think I'll make the closing date 16th December 09 So that gives you a week!! (If this is a really stupididea just tell me to shut the F*uck up. I'm just trying to continue with the positivity we started to get here) Much love, and good luck girlies there are three compliments at stake!! xxx

I'm 17 BTW and I want to get down to a size 00 and IDK what I am right now all I know is that I'm 5'3'' and 169 (prolly less) and can't fit into forever 21 anymore. so yeah please I would love your help or anyones help
