Breakfast= 1 Fried egg 1/2 can of beans 2 slices of toast and tea

Lunch= Soup 5 buttered slices of bread salt 1 glass of coke

Dinner= Mashed potatoes 3 roast potatoes (With butter and gravy) chicken/beef carrots broccoli and stuffing 1 pint of water.

My girlfriend eats this and more, in a day and she's the most beautiful person I have ever met.
AND she manages to look amazing, feel good and get compliments from everyone but the main thing is... she's also HAPPY!
This website and it's "diet" recomendations are just a slow and painful form of suicide.
I'm not here to change you because if you want to do this to yourself thats your business but having pro anorexia sites where you help and influence others is downright disgusting.
I have a 13 year old sister and if any of this shit got through to her or her friends it would be your fault.
Not only are you killing yourselves by behaving like this but for every young impressionable mind that you corrupt, you are also murderous sadistic people for knowingly doing this to people.

about how much weight would u expect to lose in a week
if u r already underweight?
