I feel so old you would think that by now I would be ok with my body image..nuh uh..
Just turned 25 ! need an ana buddy 18+...its been a tough road..I have always had issues with body image and my relationship with Ana started when I was 14..I lost so much weight but got fat again in college! Now I'm back on track I lost my 30 pounds but for the last two weeks I have been eating less then 800 cals a day and doing major cardio at the gym such as spinning classes, cardio kick boxing and even circuit training..Why is it that the scale hasn't moved? is it hormones?! and doing these high impact classes almost make me want to pass out! not fun lol the crazy thing is, When I look in the mirror I'll think I've seen some more collar bone, but then I weigh myself and the friggen scale hasn't moved.. I just started on track, so maybe it's my hormones.. my scale is new so I know it;s working I made my finace step on it the other day and it worked to the tee..But does anyone have a clue as to why I have been working out like crazy and eating less then 800 cals and not seeing the scale move? It's frustrating me..I'm desperate and I can't stare at this fat any more, I hate having my period also so maybe it has something to do with me getting it. I'll try to weigh myself after it's done.. I can't wait for it to stop at least for a month or two lol..well any advice or buddies are welcome! stay gorgeous and thin ladies! :)

I was once perfect, but I dove into a deep depression fueled by food and self hate.
I want to do this but I don't know if I should, I feel bad, I'm scared and having trouble to start. I feel like I'm going against my loved ones, but on the other hand, they are the ones who make me feel the need to do this (they loved me more when I was thin; no one cares now that I'm fat - they've started telling me to change, but not the way I want to). I weigh so much if I spoke the numbers you would cringe. I'm 18, going on 19, from Ottawa, Ontario. I just want to be perfect and beautiful again.. I'd like an ana buddy, to help me, to support me and tell me I'm doing whats right.. I think I'm too weak to do this on my own. I dont want to hurt anyone, but I want to stop hurting too (but I know I never will; I'll always be too fat or too whatever) my email is instance_junkie@hotmail.com, I'm on msn almost all the time, and would love to have someone to talk to.. a friend, who knows how I feel

I used to be Ana (well you never really quit) but I was what doctors called "healed" and I gained a shitload of weight, I cannot stand to look at myself in the mirror anymore, and I was just wondering how long it would take to lose 70 lbs...I really would like to be at least 110 lbs. by June...if its possible I would like help with plans (exercise and food) to get me there fast!!! This is my firs time being this Desperate!!! i'm 28 have 2 kids and are VERY overweight!!!!! i've tryed to diete, but nothing seems to work for me. i know my husband likes 'n good looking woman, and i now i'm NOT. i realy need suport to be ana. i know that this is my only way te being thin again.

Recently I have snapped! I am WAY over weight ! Currently I am disgustingly obese! I am at 250lbs when I started losing two days ago. I am down to 247.5 currently but the day is not over yet. I am currently eating maybe 700 calories a day and doing what exercise I can. Are there any tips I can get on how to not struggle through fasting?

i know im gaining weight because everyone keep telling me this... i know i shouldnt let it get to me but fuck... it really hurt...
i really need to lose all this weight off... i feel like an overweight cow..... does anyone one know if starvation reallly works? Ive read alott of articles that says it lead to weight gains... I'e just tired of feeling so fat... everyones so nice here and all i need is alittle advice and support...
