I've found this site extremely helpful. I am in the US so I use lbs and have had no clue about kilos. This website will let you got either way though, regardless of what you are used to. They also have height conversions. I also love the print-friendly tables. I printed them out and they help me so I don't have to go back to the site all the time. I just look at the charts. Since I like to post in lbs and kg this made it a lot easier. I also feel more "worldly" learning the metric system. Haha. Us Americans are so weird, with our system that's different from everyone else in the world.... :oP
