I have a blackberry messenger and it sends pictures very fast... I sent a pic of myself to my best friend its a normal picture, I liked it a little, and I asked, " Am I still fat? " .. I know I'm not supposed to do that because I know her, and I know she always says the truth as she sees it, and she replies with " nice pic.. yes, a little.." .. At first it did not bother me, and I sent her another picture where my waste was sure to be seen and I thought I look quiet thin in it actually.. She didnt reply.. :'( and now, all I can think about is after a year of dieting, and a year of ana, how can I still be' a little fat ' .. I swear, I'm guna cry, I feel it coming it, and i will, I even went off at my bo yfreind for claiming that I have a perfect body because I dont know whats true and whats a lie! ... my stick-figured by nature bestfriendstill thinks I'm fat anyways.. why would she lie?
I'm sorry if this sounds like a seek for attention, but the truth is, It is, it really is a seek for attention, and I'm so depressed right now, I want someone to comfort me, I need someone to help me.. and if it is strangers that i've come to love over the past few days on this website then so be it.. Just let me know if anything like this hapends to u.. and what u did to deal with it.. Thanks Sorry for sounding very depressed, but the tears keep rolling.. I've gone through way to much to be called' a little fat ' .. I sound like such a child right now..

I'm so ashamed. i do well for a few days. sometimes more than that. but whenever i go home to visit my family, they keep so much food in the house, i always binge. (I throw away my own food) :-( normally i purge but they've caught on. I'm so scared I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow. and I'll probably have to feign recovery. and now i've binged and i can't purge but i feel like I'm going to get sick without trying. I feel awful in every sense of the word.
How do you fake recovery?

i've trying purging but it gets really hard cause i have a very strong gag reflex, i cant throw up. i try for hours.. i remember on my first day of fasting, after breaking the fast, the purging was easy it came out as water, i was so happy.. but now, everytime i try , it just comes out as 1 or 2 lumps and as blood. always always blood i have noo idea!

for years i have fought it...it always seems to win...sometimes i think i'll do whatever it takes to be thin...with every bite i feel myself becoming fatter...no one understands.i exercise like crazy and just sometimes get fed up...then feel so guilty as if the world revolves around my exercise...it drives me crazy literally the calorie counting the exercise ...passing up food that sometimes i really want...but when i eat it i feel as though i killed someone.

yeah that happens to me to. so i have taken all food out of my site and never go near a kitchen. when i feel the urge to eat i eat gum or brush my teeth to put me off eating. or i just go for a walk.

I agree with skinny ruthie. I can go the whole entire day without eating. BUT if i was just to have one little nibble on something.. THATS IT! i go into a crazzzzy binge. i dont know why. its like ok this little nibble just ruined my whole fast, mind as well make it worth it. so i eat everything. then of course purge afterwards. tthis is a stupid cycle. i wish it would stop. food can't be trusted.

when i get up in the morning eating nothing i can go the hole day just like that without any thing. but when i just teas any food, i cant let it go, some times it just turned to binging. i think food is some think that is evil, but other people can see cause they always live a piggish live style.

Breakfast= 1 Fried egg 1/2 can of beans 2 slices of toast and tea
Lunch= Soup 5 buttered slices of bread salt 1 glass of coke Dinner= Mashed potatoes 3 roast potatoes (With butter and gravy) chicken/beef carrots broccoli and stuffing 1 pint of water. My girlfriend eats this and more, in a day and she's the most beautiful person I have ever met. AND she manages to look amazing, feel good and get compliments from everyone but the main thing is... she's also HAPPY! This website and it's "diet" recomendations are just a slow and painful form of suicide. I'm not here to change you because if you want to do this to yourself thats your business but having pro anorexia sites where you help and influence others is downright disgusting. I have a 13 year old sister and if any of this shit got through to her or her friends it would be your fault. Not only are you killing yourselves by behaving like this but for every young impressionable mind that you corrupt, you are also murderous sadistic people for knowingly doing this to people.

this site is becoming less and less pro-ana everyday. it's now become more about recovery than anything else. well you know what? i don't want to "recover" i don't think there is anything wrong with how thin i am and want to be. just because other people don't think its right doesn't mean they can force their beliefs on you. im fucking done with this fucking site.

I had diet pills called "Thermo Shape" which I found very effective. They're claiming to make you thinner in a modern, intelligent and effective way. They contains high amounts of green tea. I bought this in the US, because they don't sell any sorts of diet pills in the country I live in.
I've asked my teacher and doctor about diet pills ( I haven't said that I've taken them for over months ), and the first and only thing they said was: "No, they can kill you or at least make you ill." Mostly they must have meant this since they only sold them in a foreign country, and not where I live. I don't know anything about diet pills (again, because they don't sell them here ), and I'm going to Spain in almost a month, and planning on buying a lot of new ones there. But I need to know which one I should buy that is effective and not dangerous? Anyone from Spain here...? lols. xxxxx
