I had never read of this as a DIET as such, but when my eating disorder was in full swing I went from 65kg to 45kg, losing at least 1kg per day following the diet coke plan. I would have kept going on it, but I was made inpatient.
I am about to start it again tomorrow. |

you do know that diet coke is worse than
normal coke even though the can/bottle says 0cals its FULL of aspertame 1 tsp of aspertame = TONS OF SUGAR! i highly recommend you DONT try this diet it wont help |
