I want to introduce how important is supplements intake. And how one depends from another. Remember also that artificial supplements are not absorbed
by body easily. Like these included in food.

Each element of Your diet is important. Long lack of them can cause very danger organs failures, and there is no way back...

It is pointless to take vitamins and minerals supplement, while You starving.
Is pointless to take a vitamin A D E without fats intake. Because they are dissolved only in fats.

If You are on high protein diet , You have to take calcium carbonate and Vitamin B6.
I will explain many more facts.


Group of vitamin B is part of oxygenation in Your body. Do You know, if there is lack of oxygen transport in Your cells, every other process is going slow and ineffectively?


Diet patches are not effective at all when Your skin is not working properly, because damaged skin by lack of Vit A D E?

I use pill lax and tea... but not at the same time lol. The pills (if you get the right ones... go to a pharmacy and complain you haven't pooped in like 2 weeks and they will show you the good ones lol) are really strong, I take them at night and the next go it's on lol... the tea takes a few days to kick in and it's not as strong... but as it can all fu*k up your body so much it's good to mix it up... I had to take them for months for a medical reason so I'm screwed now, but if I was you maybe take 3 one night... 2 nights later take 2... two nights later take 1... or just use them when you have eaten more than you wanted to, instead of purging just take 3 lax and it will go riiiiight through lol. Hope that helped :)

Hi there, just to share a tip with anyone who's interested. I had done the laxative tea - did nothing. Tried ex-lax (a stimulant laxative) - Had some stomach cramps but didn't do shit (no pun intended). Then I tried Colace (also over the counter at the drug store.) Works soooooo much better. I got some results within I'd say 2-3 hours while nothing happened even after ex-lax's "guarantee" after 12 hours. Colace is not a stimulant laxative and that's why I think it works. For anyone having issues with this or wants to try it I'd highly recommend it, especially over stimimulant laxatives. Hope it helps someone! :o)

i've never tried laxatives before because i always thought it would be annoying having to go all the time. i've looked at ex-lax before but then didn't but it for that reason. it seems to work well (as stated above) but i really don't want to be gassy all the time. i got some herbal laxative tea but i'm not sure how it's gonna work. we'll see. anyone have any experience and feedback about laxatives in pill form and laxatives in tea form? would greatly appreciate it. thanks!
