If You are vegetarian You can replace every meat meal by soya and tofu products.

For next 7 days You can increase Your menu 1 meal more.
Can it be skinny meat, fish, 10g peanut butter. Anything low carbohydrates less than 10g in 100 ml/ or grams.
Next week 8 meals a day, but do not cross 25g of carbohydrates , and You allowed to have a medium sweet 10g of chocolate ( Saintsbury’s ) or 2 rich tea biscuit ( 5g carb each )
Do not drink fizzy drinks.
