i love MK, just one look at her and i dont want to eat lol.

but like, is it just get as many points as you can, the higher the better?
and has anyone tried this yet and lost anything?

So I haven't started this yet, but plan to tomorrow...
Though for some inspiration I'll add up what today would have been. I'm ignoring the first point list except for the -5 for binging as it doesnt make much sense to me with all the other stuff listed below...
-5 to start with :( which is why i'm here now!
1 point for +500cals :(
6 points for 8-10 hrs sleep
1 point 5-15 mins exercise
5 points 4x0.5L water
2 points 20-40 sit-ups

TOTAL: 10 points

I'll aim for 20 tomorrow... baby steps. Wish me luck xx
