So I haven't started this yet, but plan to tomorrow...
Though for some inspiration I'll add up what today would have been. I'm ignoring the first point list except for the -5 for binging as it doesnt make much sense to me with all the other stuff listed below... -5 to start with :( which is why i'm here now! 1 point for +500cals :( 6 points for 8-10 hrs sleep 1 point 5-15 mins exercise 5 points 4x0.5L water 2 points 20-40 sit-ups TOTAL: 10 points I'll aim for 20 tomorrow... baby steps. Wish me luck xx |
