by delivering different sources of energy. Called KETOSIS ( see also catabolism )
Supplements processed in digestive system are Proteins, Fats, and Carbohydrates include Sugars , vitamins and minerals.
Carbohydrates and Sugars are very easy absorbed and exchanged for body power.
This is main components, in popular today diet. Unfortunately bigger amounts of
it is impossible to process. And rest is stored to body fat tissue.

Read every product nutritional value and You will see how huge amount of Carbs and Sugar we eating normally. Healthy dose is 200g of carbo and 70g of sugars, but even this can be to big for individual person.
Proteins and fats are harder source energy to process. When we delivering just this two components, our organism start to organize new process and manners to produce sugars for necessary brain feeding.
Sugar (glucose) is product of Carbohydrates and Sugars we normally deliver to our bodies. It is necessary part of brain feeding .But There is plan B in case of lack of carbo and sugar.
Brain have other solution to feed him self , these great machine start order production of KETONS. They are produced , first of all from Fat which we hate that much and muscles. Fat is used very fast , because this is not very concentrated source of energy.
SO JUST DECREASE CARBOHYDRATES INTAKE TO 50 GRAMS DAILY OR LESS
