1.Do not eat taste sweet things in the morning.(even sweetener )
2.Drink water or green tea. ( eventually coffee )
3.Replace milk by soy milk ( lactose free Lactose is a sugar )
4. Meal should be not heavier than 200 g.(meat 100g)
5. Meals should be eaten every 4 h ( to not stop digestive processes )
6. Carbohydrates decrease to maximum 50g daily ( if You want to lose very fast, avoid them )
7. Drink minimum 1,5 litre of pure water.
8. Restrict salt ( and use sea salt )
9. Avoid wheat products. ( no cereals )
10. Eat 50 g of nuts daily ( if You are not allergic )
11.Do not join Carbohydrates with fats or sugars. ( give your self one source of energy in one go )
12. Do not forget about vitamins.
13. Remember that vitamin A,D,E are dissolved in fats. ( eat them 2 h after any fats source )
14.Buy enzyme Q10 capsules helping to metabolism.( If You are over 25 )
15. Olive oil is not making any damage in dieting ( spray )
16. Eat fibre or buy powder one ( no taste, no kcal )
17. Cleanse Your body once a 2 weeks. ( fast with water, salt cleanse,or lax eventually )
18. Do not drink alcohol ( you will reverse each digestive process in you body, especially insulin sensitivity )
19. Do not drink to much drinks with CO2. ( it is bloating Your bowels )
20. Be active. ( minimum 30 minutes daily )
