13. Remember that vitamin A,D,E are dissolved in fats. (
eat them 2 h after any fats source )

15. Olive oil is not making any damage in dieting (

16. Eat fibre or buy powder one (
no taste, no kcal )
17. Cleanse Your body once a 2 weeks. (
