Why avoid sweet things in the morning and why eat 50g nuts? '
I tried to eat 50g nuts, but than I saw it contains almost 400 calories. That wasn't pure nuts though...

Hey everyone,
I just bought the iPhone and there is an application called "lose it" ( you might have seen the commercial on TV). Its so amazing! You put in your weight/height/age info (you know the drill), then it calculates how many calories you are allowed to consume to reach your goal. You can choose how many lbs you want to lose a week AND you can subtract as many calories from your daily count as you want...if the amount they recommend is too much. (i took off 400 calories). Then you can put in how much you worked out and ate each day. It calculates how many calories you burned, consumed, and how many you can still consume in that day. Its also like a database so if you dont know how many calories are in a certain food or how many you burned in your workout, you can search. They have popular restaurants, and brands listed with their food. I find it really helpful! I've always been kinda OCD about counting and used to do it all over my school planner. But this is so much more private and easy! Just thought id let you all know. :) Good luck. |

I am a volleyball player and I need to lose weight. If I eat to little during the day I have no energy to practice. What do you guys suggest would be enough to eat to get me through a three hour practice?

im sure many of you alrealy know of this site or have one that you use but i found this one and it will calculate the cals for you all you have to do is list the food or bev. it will give a list so you can find the right one and it will do everyting else. its at http://my-calorie-counter.everydayhealth.com you'll have to sign up to use it but its free and i have found it useful and makes me think twice before i put anything in my mouth. i hop on there first and once i see the cals i cant allow myself to eat it. so hope this helps some of you guys.

hey guys, i was just wondering if you could recommend any weight loss tablets that really do work, cus im so desperate to lose weight.
All these websites claim they work, but of coursew they will. Has anyone used ephedra? whats it like? |

find what drives you and inspires you too lose weight and be skinny. and once youve find it DONT LOSE FOCUS. because nothing is out of your reach. all you have to do is grab it.
