I totally do that too!! I like bake a hiuge cake or something for my boyfriend! He is a huge choclate lover and I so feel that if he has it I don't need it or even want it after. It reminds me I can say no. I find it easier to say no to someone offering me food than I do saying no to my own thoughts, so I try to make sure others around me are eating hehe. So shit yeah, fully understand that one!!

Have you ever forced anyone else to eat just to make yourself feel better? I do this with my my boyfriend all the time. We live together, so I constantly fill the fridge with junk food and force him to eat as soon as he gets home from work or gets up in the morning. And when he doesn't eat, I get hysterical and feel stupid afterwards. Does anyone else do this?
It just feels so comforting watching someone else eat when you're not, makes me feel stronger. |
