I have the hardest time not binging. I work out practically every day and i try to eat healthy but I eat too much and sometimes not good food. I would love to go a day without eating but I haven't done it yet. I think once I am able to, I'll be on the right track. Is there anyone out there who can be a strict fasting or diet buddy? Willing to text and email. Please help!

Have you ever forced anyone else to eat just to make yourself feel better? I do this with my my boyfriend all the time. We live together, so I constantly fill the fridge with junk food and force him to eat as soon as he gets home from work or gets up in the morning. And when he doesn't eat, I get hysterical and feel stupid afterwards. Does anyone else do this?
It just feels so comforting watching someone else eat when you're not, makes me feel stronger.

I also do this. I feel comfort and a sence of fullness when im watching someone else eat. Makes me feel better. Its satisfying to have that feeling and know your not the one stuffing your face.
