Living with a buch of fat people pretty much does it for me...Although having all that food around is really hindering my progress.
Herbal tea
chicken/beef broth
gum(sugarfree)
rice cakes
Will help if I have a friend or two who is going through the same thing I am...

well, aside from the fact that money is tight-i dont have a full time job because I am going to school full time- there isnt really a night life in the city i live in, and msot of the people i know are older, married and have kids. so, a bit difficult to hang out and chill like im used to. i used to hang out at some friends' houses in the city i moved FROM, and they were a couple yrs older, newly married, and one couple actually had a 5 yr old, but they are a lot more liberal...they have parties every wknd, ones a musician, they usually invite people at their house... that kinda thing.

and to tell you the truth, as long as i do some kind of physical activity, thankfully my body responds fairly well by losing the weight i want...and my man also helps a lot in the process -=0D gotta love him!!

Jobs that I keep loosing cos people in my town are obsessed with being normal and not standing out and cant stand any one that doesnt spend all their free time in the shopping mall. A boyf that cant understand the concept of just sometimes telling me what i want to hear and being there with a hug and some sympathy when ive had abad day.... a psycho attention seeking mother...

Stress :) its the biggest appetite killer of all time !:) Aside from that , thinspo ridden sites like this and the gym.

water, diet pills, laxs, and neg cal foods. Gotta love them!!! What is better to binge on than food that will make you lose weight?! LOL. (still remember moderation). Also, it is about control for me, so I HAVE to control what is going into my mouth at all times. LOL. otherwise, I feel like a failure, and out of control (to an unreasonable degree). 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
