"
if your gounded play with a pet get a pet
they will intertain u all the time if its cat or DOG"
I totally agree. My animals are my life. Besides distracting me and giving me a reason to get up and be active, they're some of the best comfort ever.

Water
Arizona sugar/cal free ice tea flavor mix sticks
Internet browsing
Sugar free jello (the kind you make, even if you pig out and eat the whole package its like 80 cals)
Frozen Cool Whip, the kind is just called Cool Whip Free, incredible if ice cream is your favorite food :(
Muscle Milk Light (I'm obsessed, its only 100 cals, no sugar added, and 15 grams of protein, for when my body needs energy for work but I dont want solids)
Apples (high carb and sugar, booo)
Coffee with Fiber Splenda and a dash of fat free soy milk
TEAS! I <3 Blueberry green, and Ginger
I got into laxatives for a couple months, but I dont want to get back into it, because it scared me that my body got somewhat dependent on them, but I loved Smooth Move, herbal stimulant laxative tea.
Gum (I love trying new sugar free/whitening gums, although makes me burp on an empty stomach though cuz you swallow air when chewing haha)
Cigarettes (love it or hate it, it helps me)
Wearing TIGHT clothes, especially in social situations, makes you very aware of your body and how much snacking isnt worth it.
Veggie Patch soup from Trader Joes, 60 cals per cup, fat free, I add...
Cayenne pepper (I LOVE spicy!)
Mustard (Mix a tiny spoonfull with water and drizzle over spinich or lettuce for like 5 calorie dressing thats tasty)
Music (have an inspiring song that you promise yourself you'll listen to the whole thing when you feel weak for a craving, most times you'll get over it
Low Sodium Chicken Broth
Cooking for my boyfriend when I want to eat (I adore cooking, but dont want to eat it or waste it and love the compliments it gets!)
Being pissed off (when I'm happy I tend to eat normally. Healthy, but normally. Which doesnt help the waistline, trying to find the balance)
100 cal oatmeal (tastes like cardboard but I add splenda and tons of cinnamon)
Cleaning/organizing/laundry/dishes etc
