My advise is to prevent Your self before competitions with others. Do not let anyone let You down. Protect this what has motivate You like a treasure and maintain this in Your head every day. Listen to Your body. Try to control Your mind. Organize it , make a plan. Write down what do You expect from Your body in final goal and what's benefits You will archive. Write down Your feelings about food. Change a pain of eating healthy for a pleasure. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
