Hey all . Alittle introduction. I have been Ana Mia for 5 Years. I lost loads of weight. Then I lost my path and gained about 4 stones! I know its disgusting, I am going back to college in september and I need to loose lots of weight i am prepeared to do anything and everything. I am on day 2 of my water fast and doing a little exerisise i need more motivation. is there anyone out there who wants to talk from anywere? or maybe do the fast together anything i dont mind. :) It would just be nice to have some support email me anytime thank youuuu :) cant wwait to hear from you all :) angels_freedom@hotmail.co.uk Do you find this valuable? |

hey, have you looked on the july fast thread, few people are fasting on there, you can get support and give support on there and might be able to find an ana buddy on their :)
