Fack. I've been restricting more heavily and it's day two and I'm still only down 2 pounds. I need to lose as much as I can by Tuesday :Swhile still eating enough to stave off suspicion! Do you find this valuable? |

i feel so grose...i wouldn't even think about puting up my H and W, your all taller and weigh less than me, i'm trying so so hard but just don't seem to be getting anywhere and not nearly fast enough, I hate me so much, your all doing so well...

Change Your habits, surprise Your body by something different. Different food, different meal time.More drink.etc And do not mix too much food in one go. Cut sugar and salt. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"eugh!! Im fatter than everyone here!no I got everyone beat I have been gone from here for a over a month and omg I have gain soooooo much weight and I'm not saying it to just say it! I got sick they still can't figure it out I just started gaining weight and I was starving all the time.... 30 pds later!!!! So now I'm dealing with Ed, Depression, and a mystery weight gain they think it may be crap I dont know the name of the so called CRAp is ,,,,,, Do you find this valuable? |

i went into treatment and they made me eat so much and pumped me so full of meds that made me gain what I like to call phantom weight. I went hiking up a mountain and still gained 5lbs! I finally flushed all of the meds and have lost mega weight.I would rather be the way I am then stressed out more about the weight i Put on. I have since lost 20+ lbs but I will not say what I weigh because its hard for me to even admit it to myself despite the weight loss
