am at 5'9" 108lbs... not sure how much further i should go. i desperately want to hit the 90's... maybe like 98lbs. that seems like a nice number. its scary to think that my UGW was 115lb. really? i find the best thing thats worked for me is chopping and changing my habits all the time, tricking my body. not exercising for a week. then crazy exercising. not eating for a couple of days. then eating up to 800 cals. then eating 300 cals. have you tried that to get past the 125??Amelie Do you find this valuable? |

wow im so jealous. I'm 5'5''. during this past year my lowest weight was in June which was 90.5lbs. however b/c my mom insisted me going into recovery (again) i did to shut her up. Now i weigh 117lbs. Im a ******* COW! But i have been out since 2 weeks ago, and lost 4lbs since. wish me luck! gw: 100 by October 31.

IM 5'6 and i weigh between 107-110lbs..... its been goin up n down between those watevers goin on!!!! wanna hit my goal of 100lbs but weightloss is gettin slower and slower!!! :( ps... this thread is WAAAAY helpful. always trying to find out how much others weigh in relation to me... usually they look A LOT thinner than me but weigh more!!!! good luck everyone else!!! xxxxx
