To all of you that are to ashamed to write how much you weight now, use this as motivation. Soon you'll be happy to brag about how much weight you've lost, and how thin you've become and how people will envy you :)

i shall take a stab in the dark with this. i bought new scales today- so i will post what i dont want- but am afraid will be the truth to it. 6'3 74.5kg.i hate writing it as others do. but it is inspiring when you see, and know that others know where you are. we will cheer when you loose a pound, and be encouraging, as you get your diet and your modus operandi under way to make it to goals you want- that will help and inspire. we all have to start at horrific numbers. even my numbers are literally 5-6kg less then i know i can consistantly maintain. with a touch of fasting i can fly down another 5kg. that would be almost 15% of weight gone in the space of 4-6wks. all i wanna really say is write a number, and then you have a line in the sand from where we can support you, and if u mess up, encourage you and check up as you regain ground. laters, n best of lucky ladies 1 out of 1 found this valuable. I am 5'7 and I weigh 93lbs.... I still think im ok and denying that i have an ed.... but i guess somethings wrong when i look at these number and compare... (yes compare sorry its human nature) and yet i still think that im overweight?!?!

im 5´2 and 143 pounds (65kg) Its way too much. I want to be 110 pounds (50kg) someday, but i just cant stop eating. Any tips to under 100 cals snacks??

30 kg = 66.13873260551333 pounds . This is not a "good" weight, if I can say , softly. Count 8 kg for a bones + 15 kg for organs , rest of your mass is for muscles support tissues and skin. Move up your imagination. For me is a little bit hard to believe ,not only because my 7 years old daughter is 30kg, 3ft 9inches. But because You said You are 5ft tall, what in my medical mind looks like a person who is not able to stand up....Are You sure about, what did you said. Regards.. Do you find this valuable? |

I hope I am not. :))))"like i said i use the metric system so i had to convert! my height in centimetres is definatly 147cm - i know short :( then i used this chart thingy to convert it to feet and inches so my maths could be totally wrong........left scool ages ago...........anyway got weighed today at the doctors and it said 30.4 kg. im currently in an outpatient programme so i have to be weighed all the damn time. then i had to practically run out of the doctors before he could say anything to me, im safe for another week! Do you find this valuable? |

Too much.I'm awful today... nothing but binging. I was doing so well and now I feel like crap. So fat & so out of control. Tomorrows a new day to be in control & for a ton of exercise and water. Today is ****. Do you find this valuable? |

I cannot believe I was 114 lbs on August 1st and am now 120 lbs.Every time I think about it I get that pain on my throat that makes me feel like I'm going to start sobbing. How did I come so far and let myself go, now I feel trapped inside myself and my failures. I feel so sick with myself but obviously not sick enough because it hasnt stopped me from eating and gaining weight. This is horrible, I feel pathetic and sooo whiny :( Am I the only one who has done this? Helllp :'( Do you find this valuable? |

When I'm reasonable with myself, I admit that 1 or two pounds that I've gained are muscle, because I've been working out with a trainer twice a week and he has me do lots of weight training, but I feel like its all just horrid fat. I'm obsessed with getting back down to 115 and every day I'm not there is hellll. Do you have a "goal" you want to reach? Do you find this valuable? |

im 5ft2 my lowest weight was like 98lbs.orr im sure you'll lose it soon, i really wanna fast tomorow but im having an injection for stupid.... punani cancer whatever its even called! and i dont want to faint. i want to get to 120 first then 100 then 90 what about you? Do you find this valuable? |
