Hi Everyone,

I just finished reading posts about Apple Cider Vinegar, diet pills etc. I thought I might let you all know what I do, that is...if your are interested. ;-) I would also really like to know what everyone else takes or how they feel about supplements.

should mention I am in the US so some of you may not have heard of these.
I am drinking an Apple Cider Vinegar supplement, 1 ounce a day. Not hard to take at all. I have always heard consistently good things about ACV. I get it from here: www.yodersgoodhealthrecipe.com. Read the "Herbs & Vinegar" part.

I take Metabolife and CitriMax. Each are 2 capsules a day, 3 times a day. For me, they are just an appettite suppressant and slight energy booster. The truth is I bought the bottles and now I just want to finish them. They are not one of my must-have supplements.

I drink Monavie, 2 ounces a day. It's an Acai berry drink but has lots of other stuff in it (fruits/vegetables) because I am obviously not eating those things. It's a good way to keep your health up so you can keep going and no one knows whats going on.

Lastly, I take various energy supplements made by the company VPX. Redline, Meltdown, or Liquid Clenbutrx. Right now, I take the Liquid Clenbutrx. It tastes vile but its the best appettite suppressant and enegy booster I have ever encountered. I never combine them! It's one at a time or nothing at all. They are very strong. I am to the point where your average energy drink/pills don't work for me. I don't work for these people, I don't want to sound like a commercial but they really do make strong stuff. My husband and I used to joke that we thought they were slipping Cocaine it. If you take it of your own risk, follow the directions: start with the minimum!!

My diet is built around strict carb restriction. XOXO

Ok well your right I`ve never heard of any of that stuff.
I was taking alot of diet pills over the past 12 months on and off but ive come to the conclusion that they`re useless (well those that i had anyway).
I take Co enzyme Q 10, Chromium Picolinate (helps regulate your blood glucose levels so you dont crash and have cronic cravings) and a regular multivitamin for hair skin and nails. I also take Magnesium, vit C and a B Vitamin complex. ( B Vitamins are great for improving mood and seratonin levels, happy vitamins)
Thats me. I lax sometimes and i do occasionally buy some form of diet pills.

Ohhh I want to use some form of help but I suck!! Lol - I lax a lot. And I have a multi vit but you should take them with food and then since I never plan to really eat it never works well... works the same for a pill I have which boosts your metabolism but you need to take it one hour before eating so I always forget. Sucks. I wanna go down to the health store and rade it for the magic pill that will take away all my fat lol. Do you find this valuable?

I get ya, im often wondering about the futility of my pill popping when they seem to require food to work. I guess im hoping the placebo effect will take over :)

it might sound masochisic. but decent weight loss pills can push the metab up so u burn fat. and i have actually found with the good ones, you are just wracked with hunger. so to me that means it prolly has appetite suppresant, but that it also encourages you to eat a few small meals- which obviously pushes metab higher, and that thru excersize helps. its expensive as hell, but if i knew of something that could just keep the metab kicking in high gear- it would sooo be worth it fighting the body and having to ignore a constanstly rumbling tummy. but as i said i might be a bit masochistic. :)

i take holland and barrets own acv and fat mets dunno how good they are as not alot to compare it too x i take senacot max and a big glass of andrews liver salts every night as it has a lax effect and not alot of people know that so they dont ask any questions. the big thing for me is cost i want good diet pills but as cheap as poss !! any recomendations ?? luv you all its sooo grt here so reasuring to know im not mad.. infact i think its the rest of the world thats mad and weve got it right !! lol xXXXXXX Do you find this valuable?

omg your so right! we're the ones who have it right! the others may look at us like we're weird but in actual fact they're just jealous they don't have our control...

thanx xx would luv to buddy if you like and yeh people are jelous because i reckon they envy our will power . my fella CANNOT give up drink and it causes alot of problems but I can achieve things because i dont stop working on my goal !!! gonna add you to my friends if thats ok XXXX

Id say that i lax most nights - oops - i know this is really bad :-( And then i take ginger, pepper mint oil and green tea capsules everyday to keep my metabolism going. Which lax does everyone use??? I have trouble finding ones that dont bloat me in a big way :-(

And yeah, diet pills - has anybody found any that actually work?? I'm always a bit dubious..

I use the sennacot max and i double dose :( bad i know .. as for diet pills im like you i dont know what to use x anybody got a good one ? i spend ages looking up all the ingredients !!

hmmm supplements: vitamin B complex, Iron plus vitamin C, Zinc plus Copper, Multvitamin plus iron and cod liver oil
I'm currently looking for a good fibre supplement, any recommendations??
I also swear by pure hoodia gordonii its pricey but you can't beat it for appetite suppression though these days i only really take it at night cos i don't feel i need it during the day.

I also drink all manner of herbal teas, some tasty some not so tasty all in the hopes that they will cleanse, detox and speed metabolism lol

My mum watches what I buy and looks through my room everynow and then so I can't really have any supplements lying around..
I've taken to sneaking her vitamins that she keeps in the pantry, just your usual vitamins and multi-vitamins.
And as LittleGirlLost said herbal teas or black teas.

oh and "hoodia gordonii" whats that?

Its an appetite suppressant that was originally taken in its natural form by the aborigines. They used to chew it when they went on long hunting trips so that they could go days without food :) Google it, its an interesting read actually but it really does work.
I have a box under my bed where i keep all my supplements and various diet pills and other things she'd probably prefer me not to have lol

Yeh but nobody really goes in my room anyways so i don't have much cause to hide stuff. You could try using a cd storage box and always leave cds near it. Do you find this valuable?

yeh or tape them to the bottom of your wardrobe or the ceiling of your wardrobe at the back Do you find this valuable?
