my last week has been really hard... I've got my school exams coming up and lately when I get stressed I start eating, alot.
It hasn't happened for a while and I can usual control it.. but my boyfriend and I just broke up and now I just can't help binging when I get home from school.
I feel so gross all the time that not even my dance classes can make me feel better about myself... and I dance alot.

How can I stop binging and regain my control?

I'm sorry sweetie! *hug* Have you tried meditating? I usually find a corner somewhere when I feel the need to binge and usually it helps a lot with the stress. Do you find this valuable?

I used to meditate actually, never thought of it as a way to stop my binging aswell as stress.

I cant stop bingeing/purging either, exams lately, i'm just so stressed.. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
