which do you all think is more effective: 3 small meals of like fruits or salads or 5 tiny meals? i've heard that 5 tiny meals suppresses elephant appetites and boosts metabolism...thoughts? has anyone tried it?i guess in the end it all comes into calories in verses calories out, right? ahhh need to lose 15 lbs! Do you find this valuable?
