But it's seriously fantastic even without the weight loss, I just feel so much better in myself! I don't want to put anymore junk food in my body so I'm having a fresh start, no more crppy foods, I'm going mega healthy now! If you weren't fighting to be better anna this whole time then you would have gone loo and not have lost 7lb cause you would have gained it in fat!! I'm so proud of you!!
